We want your Bellgrave piece to feel right. This policy explains how to request a return and how eligible items are assessed.
Return window
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unaltered and returned with the original presentation box and all included materials.
Before sending an item
Please wait for return instructions before posting anything back. Unauthorised returns may be delayed or refused. Return postage and any insurance costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
Items that show wear, damage, resizing, engraving or other alteration cannot be accepted. For hygiene and quality assurance, every return is inspected before approval.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies by payment provider. Original delivery charges and international duties are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
